• The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
• You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we may not be able to accept returns.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@houseofinara.in or +91-9161144555 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
2. Return Authorization: Our team will verify the issue and, if applicable, provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.
3. Return the Product: Carefully package the item for return, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
4. Processing the Return: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect the condition. If the product meets our return criteria, we will offer either a replacement product or a credit note for future purchases. Refunds are only available in special circumstances (see section 5).
4. Replacement or Credit Note
• Replacement: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement of the same item or an equivalent, depending on availability.
• Credit Note: If a replacement is not available or if you prefer not to exchange the item, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned product, which can be used for future purchases.
5. Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued in special cases, such as if a replacement or credit note is not feasible due to stock unavailability or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly for further assistance in such cases.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• You will receive a refund in the form of a credit note within 3-7 days after we have received the parcel.
6. International Orders
For international orders, please note the following:
• You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred during the return process.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning international items to ensure delivery and avoid loss.
7. Non-Returnable Items
